When we arrived the manager knew my name and had a smile for me. He explained everything about the rooms, and was very welcoming. I would have liked a cooked breakfast in the morning but the service and room and price were faultless. Excellent.

Appreciated spending my time in this fairly clean commercial hotel. The property's location was perfect, close to a supermarket in St Meen-le-Grand. Moreover, it was adjacent to major road junction, the restaurants in town, and outskirts of town. Had fine and reasonably large room, it included central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table. The staff were really friendly and affable too. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was welcoming.

The room at Brit Hotel L'Adresse in Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle was perfect for a backpacker like me. It had all the necessary equipment: a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. I really enjoyed the soundproofing in the room. It made my stay comfortable and peaceful, allowing me to relax after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver. It kept the temperature perfect, especially during hot summer days.
Personally, I found the separate toilets in the private bathroom a bit inconvenient. But I understand that some guests might appreciate the privacy it offers.

This was a very well run hotel, with excellent staff. In fact it was down to the kindness of the staff that made our stay so nice. The food in the restaurant was also of a very high standard. There is ample parking which is also a plus point.

The food was excellent! Presentation was artistic, choice balanced for all tastes, beautifully cooked...the chef Ludovic is a treasure!
We did not have our own transport, so the location was a problem, but only for us. This is not a criticism, as for business visitors it was fine. I would have liked a "poster" with pictures and names and position of each staff member displayed at Reception. This makes for a more friendly atmosphere especially for guests staying more than one night.

Had climate control, a work desk, and TV in my comfort twin room. The location was unbeatable, short walk to a supermarket in St Meen-le-Grand, the restaurants, and the bar / cafe.

The rooms at Brit Hotel L'Adresse are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip, including a flat screen TV, free Wi-fi, and a private bathroom with separate toilets. As a guest, I loved having all these amenities at my disposal.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the guest rooms to be less than ideal. However, I understand that this is my subjective opinion and others may not mind it as much.

Warm welcome and friendly service. All facilities seemed clean and fresh.
My bed (twin that could be zipped together as a double) felt as though it was sloping (something to do with the matress?)

A roll-in shower and bath sheets were a plus. the location was absolutely perfect for traveling around Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, very close to the Paris Brest Paris cycle route, the bar/cafe, and the motorway junction.
